Training & Coffee Ride
Thursday Night Urban Fitness Ride!
Looking to get a good workout, but don’t want to worry about being dropped? We have the perfect ride for you! Our Thursday night Urban Fitness ride is geared towards all us tweeners that want a workout, but aren’t quite up to that fast and furious pace! The pace will vary between 15-18 mph for approximately 15 miles. Mountain Bikes or Hybrid bikes recommended as the terrain will vary. Lights also required.
